Has anyone used the Fusi-boo batting? It says it is heat activated and eliminates basting. That would be a plus in my book if it is easy to quilt.

Warm and Natural is great stuff. I buy whenever possible at Joann's as long as I have a coupon. I have also tried the Hobbs 80/20 and I like that BUT i did notice that it has thin spots and is lighter in weight than the W/N. Although it is cheaper I think that I will use it for charity quilts and smaller items like table toppers and the W/N for the good quilts. My issue is that it used to be $10.99/yd - very doable with a 50% off coupon. Then Joann's raised the price to $14.99/yd. It happened within the space of 6 months. Wish I knew why!

Same as everything else... the price of cottonwent way up. Happened with wool too. Although now the price of cotton is falling, but of course we won't see a drop in prices.

I use Warm & Natural in all of my projects, even the baby quilts that I make. It is expensive but I use my JoAnn coupons 50% and purchase as much as I can afford with the coupons.

I never use Mountain Mist and if a customer supplies it with her quilt to be quilted, I refuse the batting. I have found it to be awful! I like Warm and Natural, but my favorite are the battings of Quilter's Dream.

I noticed that Amazon has the Warm and Natural Queen size batting for $23 and some change. I went to Joanns today and the line for the cutting tables was atrocious.

JoAnn's has W&N and W&W on sale this weekend for 50% PLUS you can use the 25% off coupon for total purchases. I got 20 yards so that will last me a year or so.

I just didn't have the patience for Joann's cutting tables yesterday.

I use W&N exclusively. it's a little stiff to start, but once the blanket is used and/or washed it drapes much nicer. I don't pre-shrink it. I have a couch snuggler that gets washed a lot because we have dogs that share the sofa with us and so far so good... it's holding up well.
Warm and White is what I used for my design wall boards and I love it!
