I was sewing my Spiderweb rows together and they were fitting perfectly!I laid them out on the floor and cute little A cups (sarcasm)where a few of the 8 bias edges meet.
I could probably use a high loft batt when machine quilting and they might not be noticeable. I decided to sew a little more seam allowance where the sections meet in the rows but it is cutting off a few of my perfect points.

Try pressing them flat. If you SID that will also flatten them out.
