Thanks to all! I had no idea the FLW quilts would be so difficult. I had seen a pattern or maybe a quilt several years ago but couldn't find it now that I needed it. Peckish, was considering the "French Braid" and one from McCall's (Mar/Apr 2013) called "Garden party". My SIL would not love the quilts I favor (30's)..simply not her style. I am off to get that book and get started. You saved my DAY. I have been all over the place on my computer and didn't ever find the FLW book but I was just searching "prairie style" or "mission style" quilts. Thank you again. sharon

Jackie Robinson ( who may have been referenced above) has published several FLW-type patterns.

I've always loved the Frank Lloyd Wright Architecture too, I hope you find just what you'd like for your quilt project, and share it here with all of us!

There is a Turning Twenty book #8 that has gorgeous stained glass quilts in it. Frank Lloyd Wright was the first thing I thought of when I saw them. You might consider one of those. They're extremely easy to make!

Jackie Robinson of Animas Quilts has designed several patterns after Frank Lloyd Wright designs.

search for message by Leslie333 on 12-7-14 called Quilt for my Hubby. That pattern reminds me of mission which is very similar to prairie style. Look much easier than a FLW. I bought the pattern after seeing what Leslie333 had done.

This is a beautiful quilt and a great way to use french braid runners!
