I'm thinking about purchasing an AccuQuilt. Is this a good investment? I value your opinions highly. Thank you.

I bought one and never got into it lol, i did a couple of dry runs with it but its on its way to MI. I just dont think i'll use it after paying for it, i got mine from ebay 125.00

Absolutely!!! I love, love, love mine!!!!

It just depends what you want it for, just messing around or business. Its an excellent device, but you have to use it to pay for it value. Most quilters don't use it that much after buying it. You might start with a "Go" (I think that it is called that, and see if you need it.

I think the Alto Quiltcut is a better investment. I use mine all the time and there are no expensive dies to buy. Do a search on this site and read about it

Depends on how handy you are with your rotary cutter & ruler. With me, the ruler slips, Need to cut on the other side of the ruler, etc. Still need to prepare the fabric, press, possibly starch but the cutting is perfect, so piecing is a breeze! Couldn't do without mine.

Most days I'm okay, but then there are "super klutz" days. Like yesterday I started a new project, have all these rulers and templates; what did I end up using? A spring form cake pan. My back starts acting up when I cut for a long period of time so am thinking the AccuQuilt would help with that. Thanks for your input, I very much appreciate it.

since I have received my accuquilt studio cutter I have more than 60 % more acutal quilting time. I just did a apple core quilt full size and it took me 7 minutes to gut it ou. It was amazing how fast it went, and not only that each quilt is so acurate and it went together great too.
GO FOR IT.
It is worth it.
