I have a Facebook group for selling my quilted items.

Would you like to have a look and tell me whether or not my prices are inline with what you'd think these items would be in your area?

Newfoundland has been in an "economic bubble" during the recession meaning that for the most part the recession hasn't affected us.

I am selling some things but getting mostly lookers. Is that about right?

Thanks Lori

I looked but I'm fairly new to FB and I don't see any prices or products when I click your link, maybe I just don't know how. :(

When you click on the link, you scroll down the page until you get to the photo section. Click on one of the the thumbnails and then you can advance to the rest.

Thanks, I found it. You make beautiful quilts and the prices seem reasonable to me but I just make quilt blocks, not quilts. Have you tried selling on Esty and Ebay? I do very well on both.

They seem more than reasonable to me, I can't see how you can have anything for yourself with these prices, your costings surely hardly cover fabrics?

Your prices seem pretty reasonable to me, maybe the word isn't getting out?

I think when I have more things completed, I'll try the "E's", but for now I am feeling my way.

I have three orders for special items but I was really hoping to sell some of the things that are already done!

On most items I am getting twice the cost of materials. I love making things and I got tired of giving them away and having a perfunctory "Thanks" offered for my efforts. I want to buy a quilting frame and this is cleaning out my HUGE stash and giving me some cash to put towards it!

All your quilts are truly beautiful!!! I don't know anything about prcing though, sorry.
How are people being directed to your site? Are you able to advertise it somehow?
I'm guessing they'd all go really quick on Ebay!
:-)

Lori, your work is lovely and the prices don't seem high to me at all. In fact, I think they are very reasonable!

Of course, being a quilter I understand how much time when into to each of the items.

The economy here in the US is not doing too well right now as you know. I sell stuff on E Bay and have found ending prices to be significantly lower than in the past.
