Anyone have a recomendation for a circle ruler? I need something for a 6", 12" and a 16" circle. Thanks.

I have the one from Missouri Quilt Company and I like it. On the downside you will need to buy a small rotary cutter to use with it if you don't already have one. Here is the link:

(It only goes up to 10" )

Hi and welcome to the board. I use plates, pan lids, pans, glasses or cups, etc. for circles. They work well.

I too use things I find in my kitchen

That ruler would also be nice for hand quilting patterns

You can get a compass very economically with the school supplies. Will make an accurate circle up to 12 in. in diameter. I still have my compass and protracter form high school plane geometry. Very handy tools to have in quiltmaking.
