Here is the email I received and copy of letter I mailed. Thought you all might be interested.
    Hello Iola,

Thank you for your email. I appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your comments. I am aware that there was a blog from a quilting group regarding a few issues that occurred with customer orders. However, if it is the same blog I can also say that both issues have been resolved to the customers satisfaction. We strive to offer our customers excellent customer service and I believe you will find this true with many of our customers. If you know of anyone that has experienced an issue please feel free to have them contact me directly. If you have any additional questions please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you for shopping at Fabric.com.

Comment: I had considered placing an order with you but upon hearing of the problems others in my quilting group are having with overcharges, not getting their merchandise, or wrong items, I will not be placing any orders at all. Sorry some of your people are not doing their job

No but some of the ladies on here had troubles with them and I wanted them to have this information and make sure their problems had really been solved with this company.

Sounds like they at least WANT to do things right. Here's my bad experience with them from a couple of months ago:

I have never had a problem with them and I order from them all the time.

Nothing is perfect and things happen. That is life. It is good that they are willing to fix problems when they do occur.
