Comment: I had considered placing an order with you but upon hearing of the problems others in my quilting group are having with overcharges, not getting their merchandise, or wrong items, I will not be placing any orders at all. Sorry some of your people are not doing their job

No but some of the ladies on here had troubles with them and I wanted them to have this information and make sure their problems had really been solved with this company.

I have never had a problem with them and I order from them all the time.

Nothing is perfect and things happen. That is life. It is good that they are willing to fix problems when they do occur.
