You want to see a really awesome bargello quilt? It's called "The Long Serpent". I love it!!!!!!!! Here's the link. Check it out! Don't forget to click on the picture so you can see how it was made. Really cool pictures.

I have to reccomend the book Twist and Turn Bargello Quilts by Eileen Wright. That's the book I bought to try out bargello making and it explained things great, IMO. There are several patterns in it from small wall hangings and table runners, up to queen size quilts.

This was my first bargello I made from a pattern in that book.

Ohhhhh! Awe!!!!! I love that!!!!! That's the kind of Bargello that I want to make. It's funny too! That's the kind of pattern that I'm trying to draw up right now!!! What a coincidence!!!
I made that one 12" block that I put the picture on of, and now I'm ready to make a quilt or wall hanging. I just don't have a pattern.......Yet!.....Soon!

Gorgeous quilt! I'm going to have to add that book to my wish list! Fabulous! Awesome! I LOVE it! Here's a picture of my pattern so far.
