I love the look of a bargello quilt but am wondering how to go about making one. Do you just sew strips together and do it that way? How wide? What lengths? Just experiment?

Twisted Bargello pattern by Chris Timmins of Australia is "not" a book. It is a pattern. I do have a couple that I obtained from Chris that I am selling.
Twisted Bargello by Chris Timmins (from Australia) ; Wall Hanging 41” x 55” or Double Quilt 74” x 94”; Using quick strip method. $16.50 (Shipping to a U.S. address by USPS 1st Class Mail $1.00; Insured-add $1.75) or ($4.80 USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail with "free" Delivery confirmation)
I use 2 1/2 inch strips, usually 12 different fabrics. Press all seams one way. Then I cut the strips crossways, 1 inch, 1 1/2 inch , 2 inch and so on. There is a good tutorial on quilterstv. com
