Thanks everyone. I am doing the border this morning and will get flannel backing! I'm a little worried about the thread color but quiltstringz but me a little at ease on that. I will try some of my threads here at home so I have an idea. Is there a non color thread??? All over stippling sounds good...........what is panto. I will look up Deb's Swirles.

Here is a closeup picture of a T-shirt quilt I did. I LA quilted it with a panto in a dark purple thread. As you can see, it does sink into the T-shirt knit quite a bit. I also posted a not so close up pic so you can see the pattern is not as obvious seen from a few feet away as opposed to a few inches. I think an all over design works best on T-shirt quilts.
