i know many on here have made rag quilts and need your help with the pressing of seams. i would appreciate your help with this.
i am making a rag quilt with flannel on one side and fleece on the other. i know the fleece will not rag. should i press the seams open or to one side.
then i am going to start making rag quilts out of flannel and old denium jeans. again should the seams be pressed open or to one side.
i have read lots about rag quilting but don't seem to remember anything about the pressing of the seams.
thank you everyone for your replies.

To the side. When you cut them, you want your seam allowances to stay together so they rag up, otherwise it doesn't turn out very raggy.
