    Default Rag Quilt

I got a Accuquilt Go for Christmas with the money and gift cards I had received. Monday I cleaned out my scrap/sewing room and found tons of fleece remenants in a rainbow of colors. I was thinking I could make a couple of lap size rag quilts for my older nephews birthdays with one of the Accuquilt dies. most of what I see on here the rag quilts are made with cotton or flannel. Can fleece not be used or does the thickness make it harder? Any ideas on what to do with the fleece I have. None of the pieces are too big, probably not over a yard.

The edges won't fray like flannel rag quilts do.
