Default Spray Basting on a Holice Turnbow quilt

Do you think it would Ok to spray baste a Preprinted wholecloth ?
I bought a the Queen size Welsh Beauty by Holice Turnbow and I was wondering if spray basting would hurt the preprinted fabric. I would be spraying the batting not the top.
Anyone every sprayed a preprinted cloth ?

You could ask Holice (we're blessed to have him here on the QB!) or you could email the company that produced it.

I don't think it would do any harm as long as you are spraying the batting. I would definitely stick to 505 brand, though (no pun intended!).

No No No Do not spray baste It puts a film over the dye and won't allow it to disappear. The spray appears to seal the dye. Type of spray and where you spray it makes not idfference. Some of the spray will penetrate the fabric and seal the dye.
