Connecting Threads has a nice book selection. They show all the quilts in the book, Click on the 'view more images' hotspot under the picture of the book.

Okay, thanks everyone. I think part of my problem in finding the inside of this particular book is that it isn't actually being released until Monday, at least that is what Amazon says. It doesn't cost that much, so will probably buy it anyway. Bargello Quilts & Beyond by Annie's is the book.

Off to see what I can find with the new info you all have given me.

Dina

Have you considered designing your own? Or adapting a needlepoint Bargello pattern? (The number of threads over which the yarn stitches becomes the number of squares on your graph paper.)

Dina, this is the book on Annie's site, and it shows all the quilts in the book: https://www.anniescatalog.com/detail...&source=qqmnew They are pretty, but simple.

Thank you so much! I see one that I like, which is a good thing as I put this book on my Christmas wish and my husband has already ordered it.

Double thanks!!

Actually, I have thought about it. I figure I could do it if I figured out a design. I have made 10 Bargello quilts, and two of them I sort of created as I went, but both of those were pure pointy ones. I want a bit more than that, but I couldn't figure out what. Had my graph paper out and everything, but got no mental picture.

Maybe someday the design wall in my head will make me into an artist. Hasn't happened yet though.

Connecting Threads does show additional images, so you can look at the projects in a book.
