    Default Red or blue?

I've finally finished the appliqué for this quilt (it's driven me a bit mad! I'm not cut out for this amount of appliqué in a quilt!)

I'm having trouble deciding on the sashing colour. It needs to be gender neutral so I've mainly just gone for bright colours.

    What do you think?

I like the red. For some reason the blue seems to overpower the beautiful appliqué squares--to my eye at least. The quilt is beautiful by the way. Good job.

I like the blue, mostly because there is more blue in your blocks than red.

Your blocks are delightful, I especially like the crocodiles.

Both are nice but I prefer the blue as it ties in with the appliqués. I also like your socks.......tee hee!

Blue for me. It's still a bright, strong color, but I think it looks better with the blocks. It's going to be a cute quilt. (And I like the socks too!)
