Looks like my Singer 15-91. It is in a cabinet but not as modern looking as yours. There should be a number on the bottom right of the machine. You can find the date your machine was made and where it was made at the Singer website.

I have a cabinet just like this one. It is from the late 40 to early 50s. It had a singer in it when new, but the singer was replaced with a necchi by my mother.......for what ever reason, so I can't be of help as far as the machine is concerned. Sure is a beauty.

I agree with BellaBoo - looks like a 15-91. I have one of those, love that machine! Cabinet looks nice too.

That's one of my favorite vintage Singer cabinets. The hidden drawers are neat. If it's in good condition, grab it.

I think it is a 15-91 as well. This is a wonderful machine and has an excellent reputation as a workhorse and produces a lovely straight stitch. It was often referred to as the "farmer's wife special" as there were a lot of farm clothes stitched and mended on this machine. It looks to be in excellent condition and you would have no trouble getting your money out of it should you choose to sell it again.

i was so hoping this machine was something other than a 15-91 as i just recently bought two 15-91's. i did send the seller an email inquiry. i love that cabinet also. if i get it, i will need to sell one of my other 15-91's.

Does look like a 15-91 and a great cabinet...price seems reasonable to me.
