Good Morning Everyone,
Someone forwarded this video on Youtube for me to watch knowing I liked to quilt. I just thought it was touching story. The fact that there is this group of people who truly care for each other and come together for fun.
When she said, "People don't visit like they used to." I think it's very true. I think it's hard for people to sit and carry on a conversation these days.
I hope to become a member of something like this some day! :) Just thought I would pass it along.

Being originally from Red River County in Texas, I thoroughly enjoyed watching and listening to these ladies at their quilting. Nice to hear the Texas accents again... I've almost lost mine after being away for so many years...
These ladies love and accept each other so completely... We don't find that so often these days...
Blessings....

Great video - happy this type of thing isn't completely gone.
Michael - They may be hard to find, but small groups of quilters DO EXIST. if you live close to a SMALL town, you might find some quilters who meet. Check w/the nearest quilt/fabric store. In large cities, many of the bigger Quilt Guilds have 'small' groups of people who regularly meet.

Good luck in finding a group to join & happy quilting.
Have a blessed day
