what is the block/pattern called that you use only fabrics with lines?

or does it have a name?
It ends up making squares by turning fabrics that have lines printed on them.
The board is dragging and I'm finding it almost impossible to pull up pictures - does anyone know right off what I'm talking about?

are you referring to using striped fabric?
if you stack 4 squares of the fabric, then cut them diagonally into 4 triangles,,,,, each stack makes a block where the stripes make a square design. Is this what you want?

yes! that is it! Is there a name for it? I have no clue how to find pictures of ones that have been posted on the board because I didn't know what it was called.
I just love it.
Thank you so much :)

There's a book called "Wonderful 1 Fabric Quilts" that uses border print type fabrics and just one fabric for the whole quilt. It's a take off of the old Hidden Wells pattern that uses strip pieced squares that are cut into diagonal quarters and sewn back together.
