This is a little more elaborate than my sisters, she just used white paper, but this would be really nice if you are just starting one.

I did a search, there are several posts. Red Garnett gave a link in this post for those who want to print something to write on. I would like a computer version if someone has created something and they want to share their template.

I have two of the journals and have not used either one of them. They want a picture date started date ended why your chose the pattern. Don't have that kind of time.
