Try HomeSew. It is in Bethlaham, Pa. They have a lot of odds & ends available & at a very good price.

sorry but it's not for me. My granddaugther's babysitter makes scarves for her little old lady church friends. She doesn't drive and her husband doesn't take her to the fabric stores much so I'm going to buy some for her. She is good to my daughter and g-daughter so a some lace is what I need to do.
