I've been doing the Splendid Sampler of 6"blocks. Many would make a nice pocket for a quilt theme apron.

I like to make fun reversible aprons. I have so many patterns, now I have to decide which one would be best for this theme!

I know what you mean! I have a great2 sided bib apron, but had in mind a cool little utility one. Now what to do?

I'll wait & chat with my partner. I have never worn an apron to quilt. How do you use one? I'm a baker. My aprons are always in the wash!

I need a full apron for my soap making. I just made a gardner's soap, so this is a great theme for April! And one of these days I'll do some planting, I keep thinking I want to start a flower bed in my front yard.

I think a quilters apron would hold scissors marking utensils and rotary cutter. Etc for times when you're up and about, not really sitting at the machine.
Cant wait to see what we each come up with.

Hi Dotty, I'm an over achiever. I also have a good collection of apron patterns. Of course I'd make one that covers the upper body, because one that ties around the waist doesn't help much when you spatter the top! The one pattern I THOUGHT I had doesn't seem to exist. Darn it!! I think it's out of print too!! Well, I did a search on Etsy last night for apron patterns (can't have too many, you know!), and wow!! Lots and lots of patterns, vintage, retro, new. I bought another one.... Think I'll browse some more today.

This looks cute, but I don't know how to make an apron.
