Plus I received my finished block today from Marybeth...it is beautiful. I love the colors you have added to it. Can't wait to see everyone else's color combo's!,

Sorry I have not been on the board, coming home from vacation and getting unpacked and returning to work (wishing I were retired) and catching up on the 2 1/2 weeks that I was away, I have not had time. I have been enjoying opening all of my squisheys, just like Christmas. So far I have recieved from...

I have sent out all my F8th out to all of you. Let's see how long it takes to go from Melbourne, Australia to all your homes. Let me know when they arrive.

I would love to make a block for Izabella. When do you need them back because I won't be able to work on it until I return to CA in May. If you need them sooner then that, then I won't be able to help but if it is later I would be honored to make her one.

I'll add some blue to my stack of fabrics for blocks. How old is Isabella?
I'm nearing the finish on the giant Bargello I'm working on, hoping to have it on it's way to it's new home early next week. Then it will be a lovely change to work on all your blocks. I got 3 more f8s yesterday, so now I have:
Lynn, gayle, Rosalie, Shelley, Linda, carol, Karen, dotty, donna, and marybeth

Barb,
there is no rush on it I will have to assemble and decide on sashing/setting and all of that so May is wonderful and I so appreciate your willingness to make her a block.
Shnn-Izzy just turned 6 in February. Thank you as well.
This means the world to me and I thank each and every one of you for helping me to lift Izabella up and giving her a huge hug from around the world.
Again I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
Hugs Hugs

April, You do not have to send me a F8 as I have lots of blues fabric.. I thought you might want the same blue fabric throughout..but since you don't ..no need to send one. Looking forward to making something special for Izabella

Same here. I found some blue in my stash that would be perfect for this block. Now looking for another piece or two to put with it ... and I'm sure I have some! LOL

I received two F8 shnnn and lvbabyboomer. I sent out one blue block to Izzabella. I hope she likes it. I have a few others that I am working on but keep getting interrupted from my fun to do work! That doesn't seem very fair does it?

I do keep posting pictures of the finished block on my Album, but if you like a surprise don't look! BTW does anyone know how to make the pictures not quite so gigantic??? my pictures are so huge you can see too much detail. I wish I could see that good when I sew, my lines might be a little bit straighter!

About pictures .... I reduce the size using my picture program on my desktop. After I download the picture from my camera, I can choose several different sizes from e-mail size to mid-size to full-size. I then save it to a picture file on my desktop so that from there I can download to QB or any other site. Just a note ... the e-mail size is about the size of the avatars, so now I am going to save them as mid-size. I found help on my windows program on my computer. I hope that helps .....
