JC I love dancing too but since I don't have a "partner" I don't get to do much of it...A LOT of men don't dance or already have a partner and at 67 its a little hard to find someone who just wants to dance and be friends...sure not looking for anything else at my age! Depending on how many join I might have to send a 2nd fabric also. I have 16 pieces of the blue flowers cut and ready..if that's not enough Ill have to pick a 2nd one! Jaba the plans for my grandkids is to visit Yellowstone again next year. Ive been there 20 years ago and plan to visit again with them.
You are so lucky to live in a beautiful state!!

Okay, here it is with samples of the solids I'd like to have with it. If this isn't wild and fit for a 10 year old I don't know what is!
Prepping packages and writing out my notes.

I'm the other Moon/Lisa. I live in northwest Georgia with my husband of 28 years (school sweethearts since we were 13/14 years old), 4 cats (one of which I bottle fed from 2 days old), 2 cockatiels, and 3 society finches. I've been sewing and crafting ever since I was old enough to pick up a needle and scissors. My interests are all over the place ... quilting, general sewing (not clothes, though), painting, stained glass, scrapbooking, mixed media, beading, ... you name it. My late great-grandmother and grandmother taught me how to sew and quilt. I enjoy doing craft fairs in the fall.
DH and I like to go camping. He built us a teardrop camper, but we also tent-camp when the weather is nice. One of our dreams is to travel the country, camping along the way, but unfortunately that little thing called "money" makes DH's job a necessity. (We're in our late 40's. No retirement anytime in the near future.) DH also built us a pair of recumbent trikes a few years ago, and we go riding whenever we can. We live about 5 miles from Chickamauga Battlefield, which is a great place to ride (LOTS of wildlife), and about 10 miles from the gorgeous Riverwalk in Chattanooga.
DH and I have both lived here our entire lives. We were even born at the very same hospital. How funny is that?
Welp, that's about all I can think of. Next!

Here are Rudy's (my first naked chicken) first pics and a little background on him. He is about 5 days old in the first shots, I didn't think he would live so didn't take pics until I was pretty sure he would make it.
Rudy is quite a survivor, first of all the sc gene is recessive so both parents must carry this gene, I had no clue I had a female carrier (but I did know about the male carrier). His hatch was a hard one, the eggs all shrink wrapped, and had to be assisted. Rudy was shrink wrapped, but not yet ready to hatch, still needing about 12 hours to finish, but he didn't have 12 hours he would have died in his shell before then. At hatch he had a huge abd hernia, and was very weak.
His abd hernia had to be bandaged, he needed tape shoes on his feet and leg hobble to help support his weak and splayed legs. He had to be in bandages for 3 days, and needed hand feeding for 5. Then needed careful reintroduction to his hatchmates who were a bit over curious, in his weakened state.
He is now thriving and fully intergrated w/ his hatchmates. We still face hurdles not so much related to his hard hatch, but in how he will live in the outside and be a chicken. I have ideas as to how we can manage most of it. But it will be trial and error for sure.
I am on my husbands computer now and do not have access to my pics, I will post the pics of Rudy that I have now, and update this thread as he grows.

And sorry for the take over last one I promise, here is a link to a thread all about Rudy, full of many pics and videos. Many of the different clothes ideas I came up with some worked better then others, lots of joking and bantering back and forth, he had a fan club who loved him from afar.
