I am so very sad to hear about Krystyna. I don't have anything available to send except prayers. Please, please keep us updated.

Ok friends. Mark your calendars. There is a Pacific Quilt show on Aug 24, 2013, and I am coming out to visit Roberto Fabuloso and Cathy. Put your $5 bills in a jar & save up! (I will just pay down my credit card.) See you all then!

So looking forward to it girl. I will drive over to that side of the state just to hang out with you all. This sounds like a real fun time.

Robert, I'm glad you like the star. The first one I did I thought was looking great until I put the outside strips on it. My points weren't anywhere near the corners. I ended up creating a paper-piecing template for the pointed corners, but I think the result was worth the extra step. And, thanks to everyone for their nice comments.
