Well mine is finished much quicker then I thought. I have never done needle turn applique and thought it was going to take much longer to do. I am very happy w/ the finished wh, so glad I did another one rather then try and salvage my botched dandelion. Here is the pic of the finished wh and the label.

Very cool K. It came together so nice and it brings up memories of going to the lake in summer. Sweet.

Hand work can get addicting!

Wow Kassaundra that is neat. My uncle in Kansas said it was 70 there as well. We didn't get quite as much snow in the middle of Connecticut but 12 inches is still enough. Powdery though, not heavy and sticky.

My family on my mother's side are from Shelton / Derby area, just south of you. I lived there when young, through first grade.

Default Done

Finally done! I vowed I would do something really different for me but when I got done, I realized it is still my same style........I am what I am I guess or.....you can't teach an old dog new tricks!
It's sideways and should be up and down but I hope it puts some spring cheer in someone's home.

I definitely would not have a problem with getting a hanging without a hanger or sleeve.

Beautiful wh. I love the springy feel. Can almost smell the spring flowers.
