I had to think about this one and I looked it up to remind myself as to which quilt it is. Yes it is very easy and does use a lot of scrap material. Here is a quick tutorial.

Janice, thanks for doing all that detective work. I think that quilt is the neatest thing and can't wait to see yours finished. I am going to check out the Dutch site right now.

Does anyone know if I can make a similar quilt but use charms that do not have pinked edges? I would like to make a quilt like this Lady Liberty from Loose Change, Kansas Troubles Quilters but have only one charm pack and the other 5 inch squares would not have pinked edges. Will that fray too much? Should I try and cut a pinked edge on the other 5 inch squares? I hope I make sense.

Anna I think the pinking is what rags the edges. If you have pinking shears you should be able to pink the edges? Great quilt!
