Ladies
I thought I sent out an email but it appears maybe not. I have someone who would like to join our group. Does anyone mind adding one more swapper?

I'm cool with it as long as everyone else is.

No problem for me ... in fact it will tickle Dad to know there's 2 more fabrics on their way to our house :).

DogHouseMom 09-02-2012 08:38 AM

Dilemma ..... I have a block that I want to make, but the only way to cut it is to use a template and angle it on the fabric to get the right size. If I do that ... every side of the pieces will be on a bias and yes - almost an entire side of the block will have an edge on the bias.

Ouch.

I think I'll PM her.

HA!! Edited to add ... SILLY WOMAN .... I don't need to cut them on the bias. I can stagger them on each edge. In fact, this will be better because the outside edge will be along the length of the grain.

DUH!!!

I think I need food. My thinker isn't thinking straight today.
