Here is 2 Doods Mariners Compass. I found the butterfly material and it was so perfectly colored for the center block. My husband is concerned about it being butterflies, so please let me know if you absolutely detest it and I will change it for you.

I spent the day working on Mary's center for Group 1. I don't mind telling you...it was a bugger....figuring out what to add! I think I have a working plan now..I'll just say that its applique... :wink:

Collettakay-I like butterflies! DD had her room decorated in them when she was little. Maybe they are a girl thing and the guys just don't get it!

I took off the pink & brown border and am redoing it. I just wasn't happy. I thought it needed something darker but if so that was too dark.

Here's Judy's center , with Elle 1st round, followed by Tricia, and my 4th round. It is a buttery yellow to match Elle's yellow and a hoffman batik of Green shades.

Wow! These are looking beautiful. I'm working on my round for Margie (I think) and it is definitely coming along. The quilt I'm working with has a large red and green star in the middle.
