The first Mug Rug swap was such an overwhelming success it is time for Mug Rug Swap #2
"" There are some changes this time around.
 Limited to the first 50 sign up.
 each one will know who your partner is.

*This swap is open to all skill levels.

*Please use 100% cotton quality materials for the Mug Rug and make it well constructed to withstand lots of use. Please do your best work!!

*SIZE: A minimum of approx 9” x 7” in any fashion or shape. (pieced, appliquéd, paper-pieced, embroidered, knitted, crocheted etc.)

*After the closing date I will send out swap buddies names by May 6, 2013.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT
I am requiredto insist that participants send me a monthly PM to verify that they are still active in this swap and are working on their promised project.

I am required to insist that participants notify me as soon as they have finished their quilt and are ready to mail it.

Once I have received notice that both partners are done and ready to mail, I will send both a PM
to let them know it’s time to mail.

I am required to insist that all participants send me verification of shipment, to include tracking information.

Participants are required to ensure packages will not arrive “postage due.”

Any and all other fees, such as import duties, taxes, etc imposed by the recipient’s government are the sole responsibility of the recipient.


Absent legitimate and reported mitigating circumstances, participants who have not fulfilled their obligation to ship by June 19, 2013 shall be deemed “late” and risk receiving Negative [Swap] Feedback.

Please keep in touch with me as required as well as your partners. Please let me know right away if something happens that will interfere with your ability to complete your project on time.

Swappers should treat each other as friends and focus on the fun. So … please be prepared to be flexible, patient and understanding if necessary and appropriate.

We have so much fun its not funny! and the time line to do it in is huge. I am number 4!!!! ha ha ha! tada! last time I had so much fun making tracibugs piggy mug rug and then of course a pretty bird mug rug and a moda mug rug.. busy busy beavers ...to those new to this check out pinterest for mug rugs the ideas that show up are grand.. tons and tons you could make 50 and not touch how many other ones to try... and if I get Nancia she is gettting a monkey and a flamingo and a bunnies and.. well whomever I get.. I am happy to oblige your happy wishes for a mug rug of your own personal style :) Nelco runs a very POPULAR swap. bet this fills up in the next two days. then the games can begin!

I'm in again too. I will be on vacation for the first week or so but will have time when I get home. If you end up being my partner just want you to know I may not be able to contact you, depending on the internet, until I get back home between the 10th and 15th, but I will have it done before the mailing date.

hey, stitchinpost! where 'bouts? spent 25 yrs in dallas, and 2 out of 3 of my kids are still there! my heart and soul are still in texas, no matter where this foolish body is. i figure we'll make it back in the next 10 yrs or so....he's got to retire sometime! meanwhile the kids and i skype, and once in a while, i visit. will be there all of august, playing with my dgd! can't wait!!! notice your signature says ky. what's it like?:) glad to meet you!

I am happy to see so many players! I do hope like Nancia said that all of you take the time to post every so often. If you only post for sign ups and to say you received its so hard to get a feel for what you like, who you are.. as you can tell Nancia and I are the team nutbars..
