For an upadate on our daughter, we are in a room and she is resting. Lord willing she can sleep the rest of the night.
The Dr had to re-section the part of her bowel that her prior J-tube was in b/c she had had the feeding tube in for 4 +years and the Dr said the hole (stoma) would stay there and not close up so she had to remove this part of her bowel. Then re route the new feeding tube through. I appreciate ALL your prayers for us and our DD.

I brought some hand work with me to work on while I'm here. This is one reason I enjoy handwork so much!

Have a good evening everyone.

Okay ladies, I have contacted 2 of my 3 SS via PM saying I received my goody packages. But there is one I am needing help on. I didn't have the ladies name . Or I should say I was not sure who it was from. It was FROM Japan and FULL of Japanese material and snacks. One address was from Japan and the other was from the US. I misplaced the card that came with this package. If this was from YOU please forgive me but please let me know it was YOU. I enjoyed and am still enjoying all the snacks/goodies that you sent and loved the green fabric that was rolled up like chop sticks. In fact at first that's what I thought it was ! LOL Thanks for the help ladies.

I received my SP package today from Juli (Juli Gunderson) Thanks so much Juli.. for the great package... She sent 9 Batik FQ's all great colors and needed some to colors to audion a color for the sashing on the BOM quilt I have been working on.. She sent the cutiest Pumpkin pin cushion , a pak of pens that I know I will use and some clips, getting ready to make a purse and they are great for holding the top pieces together as you can just pull them off. Pins you have to stop and take off.. a Purple Thang, I misplaced mine and now will have two when I find the other one.. Thanks so much Juli..

I received a wonderful package from quiltnut4ever on Thursday. She sent me a book for my new hobby, Redwork. There were 2 magazines, note cards, 5 bright orange fat quarters which I had requested that color. I also like the spool of thread, a fun tape measure, a note book for a purse, a tissue holder and some patterns from Joanne's.
Thank you so much, I loved everything.

Just wondering, how many of you actually try and send things off the SS questionaire ? Or do you just send what ever you have on hand with out trying to send according to her likes / dislikes?
