Default Helping my friend organize her stash

Here's a pic of the creams I have now folded for display. I put selvages together, fold again, then use a 6" ruler to fold the fabric around....no boards. really works great for display and easy to do. Enjoy!

Looks very nice. How is it for pulling fabrics out and putting back in place? I assume you ironed the fabrics before folding them.

I did press the fabrics that needed it but not all of them. They are much easier to see and take out as needed. I also stack them horizontally just as easily.

I love the shelf you are using. Was it made especially for your fabric or is it deeper than it looks? I really need to organize again, I tried the comic boards but they don't work with larger pieces of fabric or thick fabric like denim. I will try the ruler, thanks.

It's just a normal book case - not made special but does fit the fabric nicely. Hope this works for you!

I envy your stash of creams. Love creams. To me they help to soothe a quilt.
