Quilt Cruises

Has anyone sailed with Quilt Cruises? They are offering a trip to AK in May of this year. What I can't tell from the website is whether the classes are assigned or the participants get to pick.
Does anyone know?
Also would love to hear of any experiences anyone has had with this organization.

I have never been on one and have never heard of anyone who has but it seems like a great idea, expecially if you can choose your classes. Will be interested in following this one.

That is going to be so hard choosing between the scenic beauty and quilting in a room with no view.
