The bubblegum pink makes me think at least the sashing is 1930ish. The fabrics with it may be a collection of scraps from her lifetime.

I can't help you with the dating, but I want to say how wonderful it is that these quilts are still in the family and I'm sure they will be for many, ,many more years.
