After seeing Shadow Dancers Strip Twist . . I just HAD to make one! I have so much scaps thrown everywhere. Just sorting thru the scraps was a GOOD thing, now I have a better handle on them. Large (less than a FQ), string quilt pieces, small scraps and last of the line . . 1/2 strips for fabric baskets.

I told my DH that it was a "free quilt" . . . that's like a free puppy. lol

Here is my version that still needs the top and bottom inner boarder and the blue along side will be the outer board. I started sorted Friday and got this far by Sunday evening...goes fast.

That's a really great pattern for scraps. What are the measurements of the strips and blocks, unfinished?

Very pretty! Go scrap busters! I laughed out loud at your association with the "free puppy!" Not quite the same!

Great looking quilt. I am also working on one of this pattern. I'm making mine queen size and am using 200 different fabrics. For all of you that missed the pattern here is the link.
