    Default Baby quilt

Originally, the idea was that I was going to hand quilt it, but I quickly discovered that I am not a hand-quilter! I bow down to those who can hand-quilt and have the enormous patience required!

So, I machine quilted it, using a stencil for every other strip and a serpentine stitch in between, with FMQ pebbles for the rest.

It was my first attempt at putting on a binding by machine and turned out a little rough...I think I may go back over it with a decorative stitch to tack down the areas that aren't flat.

That is a nice easy pattern for baby quilts. Like your colour choices.

Cute quilt! Maybe some rick rack in bright green or orange would look good on your edge.

I agree with Tartan. Rick Rack looks great on any kid's quilt and can hide any mistakes.
