This is a quilt I recently finished for a dear friend. She's 93 this year and will be moving to assisted living as soon as a room opens. Unfortunately she will have to leave her cocker spaniel, Ebony, behind. I saved all of Ebony's dog groomer bandanas. This quilt is my way of keeping Roberta and Ebony together. Gave her the quilt tonight. She was delighted. Thanks for looking

What a beautiful thing to do...the quilt is just lovely. I hope Ebony finds a nice home, it would be good if they could have visits together.

I really like this with the black. Its simple but interesting with all the different fabrics.

I've been saving all of three babies bandana's too! Thanks for the great idea on what to do with them.
