Finished! 3 new quilts for grandchildren for Christmas
#42
I started the first one in February and probably spent 2 - 3 months on each. I'd have interruptions where I didn't quilt for a few weeks, but was pretty determined so was pleased to finish the third one in Sept. Quilting in the summer was hard (too hot for it and rather be outdoors)! I'm taking a break now but plan to do a few fun, easy Christmas decorations. I'm glad you like them. Thanks so much. And thanks to everyone on this board who has been kind enough to comment on them. The feedback is great for motivation!

WOW! What can I say? I love the colors and designs. You've done a great job with the piecing and the quilting. Lots of hard work and talent. Those grand kids are going to have yet one more beautiful reason to love you to pieces!

That is interesting! Which quilt is it you're making? I'd love to know which one and see a px of it. There are so many different ways of putting quilts together using colors and arrangements. Done to individual tastes and I'm sure yours will be beautiful when it's done.
