Hey Henry, without knowing what machine your parents have, or if they care to replace the belt... but there are websites that sell replacement parts for these old vintage machines!

Brazen, I'm sure your daughter has HUGE hugs for you for making her that quilt! If I were a project runway fan, I couldn't think of anything better.
Love your machine too, I think the old singers are the prettiest things...when I grow up and get a "real" house, I hope to find some old machines :wink:

Thank you!! I love my vintage Singer a LOT more than I ever would have thought. I'm not normally an antiquey kind of person. LOL
I think I'm going to do another pin cushion in 3 different fabrics... I wish I had someone to give those sorts of things as Xmas gifts to.
