A few weeks ago, I posted on the board for some help with choosing colors for my very first attempt at a bargello quilt. What wonderful, helpful people we have here!! Took SEVERAL attempts choosing fabric, but we finally pinned down a color scheme. I learned SEW much through the process.

I wanted to post my 'finished product'. The pattern is Barjelly Table Cover, by Beautiful Bargello. I purchased & downloaded the pattern off of Clotilde (the e-book came with severally very nice patterns). Pieced it using the 'tube technique'. After a bit of trial & error (let's just say, my seam ripper got some use, as usual!), here's the final project.

SO, now how to quilt it????

Your quilt is beautiful...seems like some curves in the quilting would off set the angular piecing.

For simple quilting you can stitch in the ditch , or go diagonally through the colors, maybe using varigated thread.
    Very nice quilt!
