    Default Golden Aria

This is the last of the cousin quilts (#8 of 8!).

It is from the "Superman" pattern in Turning Twenty: Simply Sashed. I used one of Robert Kaufman's La Scala lines (he has several, but I'm not sure which number this is) and supplemented from stash. There are lots of golden highlights that don't show up too well in the picture--very opulent-looking fabrics. It is about 64" x 75".

Some of my chalk markings are still showing--haven't washed it yet.

this is very beautiful with the lush fabrics...gives it a regal feel. Gorgeous!

ETA: did you use a total of 8 different fabrics?

Yes, eight (not including the back or binding).

Thanks, everyone, for the kind words.
