Default Babylock Aria and thread from connecting threads

I have an Aria i just got two days ago and have a ton of thread from connecting threads. However when I tried using it, blue on bottom and cream on top, the tension was all wrong. Couldn't find a good setting. Could you please share your settings on using the thread? I too love this thread. Thank you so much in advance

Is the thread Cotton Essential or Essential Pro? The cotton is 50 wt 3 ply and if you are using that for top and bottom then it will be very thick and will need a big needle size at least a 90/14. Try using a thin bobbin thread with the 50wt 3 ply.

I'm sorry but I don't know what the AHA feature is or how to turn it on. Can someone guide me on this? Thanks
