    Great quilt! That is exactly what I am trying to duplicate right now. I can only dream of mine looking so nice.

    What pretty colors. That's is a true treasure. Been around awhile. I was born in 1940 and it looks like it has survived better than I have. LOL.

    I 'll try to get a better picture now that it is dry. This quilt has never been used on a bed. My grandmother and then my mother and now myself have taken it out from time to time and admired it and put it away. I was the one who put it in plastic before I knew better. My MIL who quilted always wrapped her quilts in old sheets. Now I appreciate that care.
