    Default Half finished 2nd quilt

This is my second quilt top. It's the jelly roll tutorial by Missouri star quilt co and 3 dudes. I love how bright it turned out. I'm thinking ill do an orange border maybe to tie it all in. This one will go aside for a little while as I need a fair amount of backing for it and I have bills to pay this month.

Im starting to plan my husbands comic book quilt now. It's going to look like a comic book with all different super hero fabrics and I'm going to try my hand at appliqué and put some 'bam', 'pow' and 'zawonks' on there.

Turquoise and orange are such an awesome combo - an orange border would pop it for sure. Really nice!

Very nice. By the way, I was at Joanne's the other day and they had a dark background fabric with primary colored words: Bam, pow, wow, etc. Might be perfect for border on dear husbands comic quilt.

Very pretty top and I agree, orange border will complete the quilt beautifully!
