Cool Hampden Quilt Challenge - Glasgow, Scotland

On Saturday 8th June 2013, almost 4,000 donated quilts were displayed at Hampden Park National Football Stadium, Glasgow. This was a project started by Ann Hill, Quilter in Residence for Alzheimer Scotland to raise funds for this Charity. It was a wonderful day with glorious weather and I was delighted to have taken part in, and attend this event.

What a great way to display quilts! It must have been great to wander down the rows to see the quilts.
