Here is the latest quilt off the frame. It was a different type of pattern and was pretty difficult to quilt. The hearts were stacked on top of each other and had a 1/2 inch ragged border exposed on each of the three hearts. I wanted to quilt around them, and to get close enough to the edges I had to pin back the edges. It took quite a while to pin each middle heart back, sew, then pin the outer heart, and sew a heart around that one. If it wasn't for that, this wouldn't have taken very long to quilt. As it was, I spent way too long pinning (and ripping when I would get off track because I bumped into a pinhead). I did a bow in the middle, because she already had a heart outline stitched on it. Anyway, I was glad to get done with it. I hope my cousin likes it.

That is very similar to a hearts quilt I made a few months ago. I also "fringed" the edges of the hearts and it was a pain to quilt around them! You did a great job on that one! I feel for your aggravation!

This is a picture of the one I did..before I quilted it!..
