    Horse'n Around

I made this quilt for my Granddaughter's High School Graduation & 18th Birthday. She has collected horse statues for years. She loves animals and wants to be a vet (domestic animal doctor). I used a horseshoe and star quilting design in the blocks and border. The sashing around the blocks has a rope quilting design. She loves it. She plans on getting an apartment and will put it away until then.
