    Horse'n Around

I made this quilt for my Granddaughter's High School Graduation & 18th Birthday. She has collected horse statues for years. She loves animals and wants to be a vet (domestic animal doctor). I used a horseshoe and star quilting design in the blocks and border. The sashing around the blocks has a rope quilting design. She loves it. She plans on getting an apartment and will put it away until then.

Awesome quilt! Your DFD will display that beautiful quilt proudly in her new apartment! Congrats on her graduation. Will she be going to Vet school at A & M? That's where my cousin went (he loved it). Best of luck to her!
