How do I quilt with sewing machine this throw?

I am working up six similar throws "Gone fishing!" like this one, but I have never quilted with my machine any quilt pattern, so what would be the easiest to do that would look good on this picture/panel quilt? Its designed by Debbie Fields of the Granola Girls put out by Troy.

Go back to starting the thread in pictures and it should walk you through it. It took me a few minutes to get it too. I'll be waiting for the pic.

well for one thing, use your walking foot and a longer stitch length and do stitches in the ditch. something simple would work fine and be easy to do. good luck.
