    I have used fleece many times and minky. I spray baste between the batting and the front and back and have straight lined and freemotion quilted and never got any wrinkles. The quilting is fairly even throughout not large spaces. I use a 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 inch strip for binding machine stitch on front and handstitch back
